Tricia, these look delicious and perfectly made. Well worth trying. I'm always on the alert for new recipes. I hope your day is off to a great start. Blessings…Mary

I made honey madeleines exactly once – harder to make than I thought. Yours look perfect though – perfectly light but golden-brown. Delicious.

These are lovely and you make them sound so simple to make! I had the misconception (probably because they are French)that madeleines are complicated. Now to find room for another pan! 🙂

This makes me want to go buy a madeleine pan, which I've resisted. A good madeleine is a beautiful thing. They are just so simple yet so good. Yours looks perfect!

Tricia, I was just looking at a Madeleine pan this weekend at HomeGoods. I didn't buy it but now I think I need to go back. These look so delicious! I'm imagining them with fresh strawberries which will be at our farm stands soon, so exciting!

I have yet to try a Madeleine Cookie, I keep seeing them pop up in blogs and such. Think I need to get a hold of a pan and try them out!
