Happy Monday friends!  I hope you had a wonderful Easter with your family.  We had a cookout with our children, I did all the laundry, cleaned part of the house, and last but not least, I’m preparing for my final exam.  Something had to go so I guess that means the recipe and photos will not be posted today.  I cooked a bunch and have some wonderful recipes to share with you this week.  I made a coconut cream pie that turned out lovely.  I hope to get home early after my exam and get the pie posted Monday night.  I just ran out of time, plain and simple.

Please check back tomorrow for Coconut Cream pie.  Just to show you how much I cooked this weekend I thought I would share these before and after shots of the kitchen.  Cousin Suzanne – you must be proud, powdered sugar was involved too!

Did you see the homemade bread?  I will post that easy, delicious recipe this week too.
Thanks for stopping by!  Wish me luck on the final  🙂

My kitchen looked something like that, but I didn't get any action shots….Can't wait for the up-coming recipes.

Are you sure that I wasn't there??? Looks much like my mess. I made the pineapple casserole for Easter! Everyone loved it. I think I may have made it before – the kids had a memory of it. I also made a bunny cake – only when we were at church, Andy and Amanda's doggie, Mia, (the Jack Russell mix) jumped onto the dining room table where the layers were wrapped in waxed paper and ate
