These cookies are great. I will definitely make them again and may experiment by adding cocoa to make them Chocolate Oatmeal Almond Chocolate Chunk Cookies. (That’s a mouth full!)
It made a bunch of cookies so next time I will freeze some of the unbaked dough balls for another day. I’ve given them away to everybody that came over! If there’s too many cookies in the house, I’ll end up eating them everyday – so out they go. One of the things I like best about this cookie is it’s not greasy. It also puffed nicely while baking making for a pretty finished cookie. I found this recipe posted by Katie on www.goodlifeeats.com Great job Katie 🙂
