Ice cream layers: – vanilla ice cream  – strawberry ice cream

Prepare the crust. Pour the cookie  crumbs into  the prepared pan.  Press the crumbs  firmly. Freeze.

Spread the all-fruit  evenly on the bottom. Freeze.

Prepare the strawberry  crunch topping

Spread vanilla  ice cream. Sprinkle strawberry  crunch mixture, freeze. Spread strawberry  ice cream. Sprinkle strawberry  crunch mixture, freeze. Spread vanilla  ice cream, then  remaining strawberry crumbles, freeze.

Use a good quality ice cream

Try raspberries instead of strawberries

Freeze the layers well
