Fuzzy Navel Cream Pops (Peach Version)

A wonderful grown-up summer treat!

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cups peeled, diced and mashed peaches (about 3)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Patron Citronge Orange Liqueur
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1/4 cup honey or Agave Nectar
  • small paper Dixie cups
  • Popsicle sticks


  • Combine the peaches, 1/3 cup Patron, orange juice and honey in a medium mixing bowl. T
  • aste and add the remainder of the Patron if desired (I used 1/2 cup).
  • Add the yogurt and almond extract, fold until well blended.
  • In a small bowl beat the whipping cream until stiff. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peach mixture with a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into the paper Dixie cups or popsicle molds. If using Dixie cups, freeze the pops for about 2 hours or until the mixture begins to freeze enough to hold a popsicle stick upright. Add the wooden sticks to each cup and continue to freeze until solid. Store in an airtight covered container or freezer bag. Snip the edge of the paper cups with scissors and peel away the paper when ready to serve.
