Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar. This can easily be done in a food processor. Add the melted butter and stir until combined.
Press into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes in a 325℉ oven. Cool while preparing the filling.
For the filling:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and Nutella with a mixer. Spread mixture evenly in the pie crust. Refrigerate while preparing the strawberry topping.
Slice and mash about ¾ cup of the strawberries. In a medium saucepan, mix the mashed berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch and water. Heat over high until boiling, stirring constantly. Continue to boil and stir another minute. Remove from heat and cool in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. (You can skip this step and use store-bought prepared glaze.)
Slice the remaining strawberries. When glaze is cool, pour over sliced berries and toss to combine. Spoon strawberries into the pie pan.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice and serve with sweeted whipped cream.
