¼cupcandied walnutsor pecans
For the dressing:
½cupplain Greek yogurt(110g)
½cupfeta cheese(80g)
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonfresh basil
1tablespoonred wine vinegarmore or less to taste
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
1garlic clove
Instructions
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender or cup and blend until smooth and creamy. Chill.
Divide greens, cherries, apple and walnuts on 4 salad plates. Drizzle lightly with dressing. Serve.
