Jameson and Ginger Ale

A smooth and bubbly grown-up drink made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, bottled ginger ale and plenty of fresh squeezed lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • bottled ginger ale
  • ½ lime sliced or cut into wedges
  • ice for serving

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice. Add a "shot" of Jameson. Add ginger ale leaving a little room at the top of the glass. Gently stir the drink then squeeze in the lime juice, toss in the lime wedges, then top off with a splash of ginger ale. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use approximately 1 part Jameson to 3 parts ginger ale.
