the juice of 2 limesor 3 limes if they are not really juicy
1jalapeno pepperseeded and diced
4small cloves garlicminced
½teaspoonsalt
1teaspoongranulated sugar
½teaspoonfresh ground pepper
Instructions
Cut the kernels off the cobs. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the corn and quickly sauté for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Serve warm, room temperature or cold.
