Looking for a breakfast with tons of protein, natural sweetness and some of those other good things like antioxidants and disease-fighting nutrients? I know you’ve heard of Greek Yogurt. Maybe you haven’t tried it yet but meant to pick it up at the store. Do yourself a favor and buy some, soon. Greek Yogurt is fantastic in smoothies, as a sour cream substitute, or in a breakfast parfait.
For a simple, delicious breakfast, snack or dessert, layer Greek Yogurt with fresh fruit and nuts.

This would be a wonderful way to start that day. Protein and all that fruit? Amazing!

This is a great idea! My daughter loves to have granola with fruit on her yogurt in the morning, maybe I will switch her to Greek yogurt! Thanks for sharing.

Aww – thats a lovely Valentines idea!! I also LOVE greek yogurt. I use the non fat kind in dressings and more savoury dishes (on account of the tang!) and the higher fat stuff as dessert and for breakfast. I LOVE it with all fruit jam and oats left to soak overnight!!
